How to memorize Macro & Micronutrients ???

Basic requirements -

Atomic number and corresponding elements must be remembered.
Macro nutrients -H,C,N,O,Mg,P,S,K,Ca
Trick- H40032020
Here, H stand for hydrogen and 4 represent (4 elements gap between H and next element) and 0 means no element gap between previous and corresponding elements.
Micro nutrients- B,Cl,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,Mo
Trick- B117010011
11 represent , 11 gap between previous and corresponding elements.(if more than 9 elements gap plz underlined it)
How to recall faster ?
Example-H40032020
H at position 1 in periodic table (identify first element atomic number) + gap i.e. 1+4=5 and increased by 1 i.e 5+1=6 represent corresponding atomic number elements i.e. Carbon and next element is Nitrogen (no gap between previous and corresponding elements)
It's involved 3 steps
1-Identified the previous elements atomic number.
2-add with next number(corresponding to elements) if numbers is 0 no need to add it. As shown in above illustration (as move from C to N)
3- increased by 1
Note:- you May frame no of trick using this method , at first view it look difficult but in a long run it is more effective.(as per my point of view)
